Extract it and put the folder (GopherSPv1.0) in:
C:\Documents And Settings\<Your Login Name for The Computer>\Application Data\Ventrilo\wav\
<Login Name> <--- in my case i'd put ...Settings\Bruce\Application... where Bruce fills in the <>
To get to it you may need to enable the option to see hidden folders. To do this:
Go to Tools --> Folder Options --> View --> Show hidden files and folders
Feel free to post any suggestions for sounds to be included in Gopher Sound Pack v2.0
